Return and Exchange policy:

Sometimes you may change your mind about the products you have purchased, don't worry. We at HAIRNA will do our best to make the return or exchange process as smooth and simple as possible, provided

* The products must be in their original condition at the time of purchase, without any change in them, without opening or using them, and attached to the receipt.

* That the products to be replaced or returned do not conform to the aforementioned specifications or have a defect or manufacturing defect.

* In the event that the customer wishes to return the order, the shipping and delivery costs shall be borne .
