How do I cancel or modify an order?
You can amend or cancel your order before two o'clock in the evening (before it reaches the stage of delivery or shipment)
I want a product but it is not now?
We have a tailoring service with special specifications according to your request. All you have to do is contact our female employees at 0096560905044 and they will guide and assist you.
When will my order reach me?
The order is processed through our application immediately and delivered to the shipping or delivery company at 2:00 pm daily. Orders are delivered within the State of Kuwait from 24 to 48 hours, 3 to 7 days for the Gulf countries, and 7 to 14 days for the rest of the world.
What are the payment methods?
* Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
* Knet.
* Local cards for the Cooperation Council countries.
Can I exchange or return the product?
Yes, you can exchange and return within 24 hours only from the date of purchase, according to Kuwaiti Ministry of Commerce Law No. (39/2014), provided that the products are in their original condition upon purchase without any change or use attached to the invoice.
